The personalisation is engraved into the glass which makes the warm candle light shine through the clear engraving when it is burning.
Once the candle has burned completely,clean the vessel with warm water. It can then be repurposed as a tea light holder, Which will allow the engraving to light up again for you to enjoy forever more.
