Return Policy

I hope that you are delighted with your handcrafted product, but if for any reason you would like to return your purchase, please do not hesitate to get in contact.  

 

Returns & Exchanges

I have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact me to request a return or exchange.  Returned items must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. 

I do not cover return postage, and recommend that any returns are sent back using tracked postage as I cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

 

Refunds

Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the item back.

 

Faulty Goods

If an item is faulty, I will provide a replacement free of charge.  If a replacement is not available, I will either provide a refund or credit note to use on the website.

 

Damaged Items

If you package is damaged in transit, please contact me as soon as possible.
